DETERMINATION
Some people dream of success while others wake up and go after it... working hard for it. Everyday is a new day, you can do what you want or you can do what you need from it. When the next comes, yesterday will be gone forever... be sure you have left behind something good, something that you were determined to do.

LEADERSHIP
True leaders are not those who strive to be first but those who are first to strive and who give their all for the success of the team. True leaders see the need, envision the plan, and empower the team for action.
